Welcome

Dear Moms,

I want to personally encourage you to consider how the understanding hand of another mother can help you to move forward this year.  We love our kids.  We miss their presence in our lives.  In this new year, learn new ways to move through our loss, with our love and their absence.

Upcoming Meetings and Events
May 1-3:  Annual Mothers’ Conference (Being Rescheduled)
“The Legacy of Loss - Yours, Theirs, His”
 Riviera Hotel, Palm Springs

Ladies,
Due to the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus, health administrators and government officials have requested the cancellation of meetings that gather together more than 50 attendees.  Now, today, they are discouraging gatherings of 10.  In line with these measures it has become necessary to postpone our CA conference.  Currently we do not have a date to look forward to, but we are hoping to provide that in the near future.  Moms who attend our conferences need lots of hugs and hand holding.  If you know a mother with a recent loss please send a card, text, or email of encouragement.  The Abide app had a wonderful prayer this AM that will lift your hearts and hands to the great healer we know and love.  Give it a try.  I daily enjoy their meditations on His Word.
God bless, stay healthy and wash your hands 20 seconds while you say a prayer for healing in this land and abroad.
Linda

The "Hurt and the Healer" by MercyMe

Why? The question that is never far away.
But healing doesn't come from the explained.
Jesus, please don't let this go in vain.
You're all I have, all that remains.
So here I am, what's left of me, When glory meets my suffering.

I'm alive! Even though a part of me has died.
You take my heart and breathe it back to life.
I fall into your arms open wide.
When the hurt and the healer collide!

Breathe! Sometimes I feel it's all that I can do.
Pain so deep that I can hardly move.
Just keep my eyes completely fixed on You
Lord, Take hold and pull me through.
So here I am, what's left of me, When glory meets my suffering

I'm alive! Even though a part of me has died.
You take my heart and breathe it back to life.
I fall into your arms open wide.
When the hurt and the healer collide!

It's the moment when humanity
Is overcome by majesty.
When grace is ushered in for good.
And all our scars are understood.
When mercy takes its rightful place,
And all these questions fade away.
When out of weakness we must bow,
And hear you say "It's over now"!

I'm alive! Even though a part of me has died.
You take my heart and breathe it back to life.
I fall into your arms open wide.
When the hurt and the healer collide!

Jesus, come and break my fear,
Wake my heart and take my tears.
Find your glory even here -
When the hurt and the healer collide!

Jesus, come and break my fear,
Wake my heart and take my tears.
Find your glory even here -
When the hurt and the healer collide!

Jesus, come and break my fear,
Wake my heart and take my tears.
Find your glory even here
