Hello Moms
We had such a wonderful turnout for our August meeting. The meeting started out with a beautiful and moving song written and performed by Tina Stirling. Doug and BJ Jensen then presented a drama about the differences between men and women – husbands and wives. Philip and Bethany McIntosh then spoke about their journey after having lost one of their twin boys. They spoke about how differently each one of them processed their grief as a man/father/husband and a woman/mother/wife. It was such a touching story of God’s grace in their lives as they have walked down this road of grief.

Please join us for our meeting next Saturday, September 22, when Michelle Paul, an Umbrella Ministries Board Member speaks to us regarding “Letters to our Children. It can be very instrumental in our healing when we take pen to paper and write a letter to our child that is in heaven.

It is truly amazing how quickly this year has flown by. The remaining meetings for this year are as follows:
October 13th – Janette Henning will speak about the person God sent to heal her broken heart after the death of her daughter Melissa. His name is JESUS!
November 17th Daisy Catchings, founder of Umbrella Ministries, who will be with us as we approach the holidays.
